解决 悠久旅途mod(The Longer Road)中文版在macOS的乱码问题

TROW 上原汉化贴 https://trow.cc/board/showtopic=10721 的资源，在 macOS 上会有乱码，导致无法使用。游戏运行时会直接卡死。
抽空把它的编码修复了，可以在macOS上通过 Mac_Weidu_Launcher_v7 安装使用。
顺便还简单改了一下 tp2 安装文件，直接选中文安装即可。
