我大概说一下楼主用到的语法：（1）第一句双引号里面的是整个第一句的主语，然后for transmitting public art做后置定语修饰activity，最后which is引导非限制性定语从句修饰activity，从句里面用了被动语态。（2）第二句比较长，主语是purpose，谓语是is，表语是for all people（后面in Guangzhou后置定语修饰people），然后一个to做目的状语，接着用一个连词even连接第二个目的状语。
再看到主语purpose后面用of连接一个动宾短语＋一个with的伴随状语作为整一个后置定语修饰purpose（这里还要提到along the line of Guangzhou subway是介宾短语做后置定语修饰organization）。
最后那个做目的状语的并列句even to…… everyday，其中linking the people to the station是现在分词做后置定语修饰web of subway，然后when引导时间状语从句（从句里面that引导定语从句修饰station）。
