Fukuyama的新书，这本书更像是一本半学术的宣传册子，措辞表意都很简单，比较适合锻炼英语。
在“历史终结论”在某种意义上近乎终结的今天读这本书真是颇值得玩味。Fukuyama也从意气风发的第三代施派学人变成了美国“理中客”，激进进步主义，民粹分子野心家都成了“民主”的敌人。
本书在去年《读书》的8月刊上有过书评，题为《福山的突围》，颇为有趣。不过本人才疏学浅，对本书提不出什么特别恰当的反思。

今天在读这一本书。科耶夫极其富有创造力，在我看来，他对“主奴辩证法”颠覆性的解读是张扬着魅惑与危险的。从主人的时代，奴隶的时代到理性控制下的历史的终结，历史是主人克服自然，是奴隶获得信仰与承认，最终是终结于理性下单调，贫瘠，庸俗的“末人”。虽然我很讨厌他的说法，但是阅读科耶夫让我对之前感到困惑的学说，比如福柯的“疯癫”，福山的“报废的人”，马尔库塞的“单向度”，阿尔库赛的反启蒙，“善与权利(正当）”之争，以及对法国现代情色小说的解读如有明悟。
