首先，科普一下【2000s】究竟有什么特定的意义
2009年10-11月，官网发了一些文总结过00s的某些数据，然后过了几周，专辑榜出现重大变革——允许【老专】回榜
在2009年之前，老专一旦出榜，超过了定义为“新专”的时间限制，则不允许回榜，所以很多老专有不菲的【非在榜销量】
与此同时，这代表了00s和10s的不同之处，即00s是【全部新专竞争】，10s是【新老专一起竞争】
榜单记名日为2009年12月5日的这一周，开始允许老专回榜，有4张老专回榜【前五十】

因此，不能将2000s和2010s进行等同讨论，两个十年的专辑榜规则刚好有很大的不同之处，了解这个规则背景，有助于理解霉女同名Taylor Swift的成绩

在00s，一张专辑进年榜的时间跨度，平均在2-3年，能进3年年榜已经赢了90%的专辑，比如，一张2003年发行的专辑，2006年还待在年榜上的可能性非常渺茫
2010年的年榜，老专雨后春笋般纷纷回来了，2009年的年榜【几乎无老专】，除了一张2002年发行的Cage The Elephant，因为2009年发行了【再版】，才有资格回榜
