第2052天:
2024年1月最后1天,也是本月最后1次跑步。今天有点累(疲倦),工作走的步数比较多,跑步之前Apple Watch三环已合上,走了1.6万步左右。加上今晚急转班,不过想了想还是算了,加上本月最后1天。该跑步还是要跑步,生命在于运动,科学运动、坚持运动,总体还是有好处。吃完晚饭后8点半左右还是下楼跑步,车有点多,跑步注意安全,简单跑一下,养生跑,跑完3公里后出点汗,回家补做61个俯卧撑。今天Apple Watch三环已合上(已连续3天合上),走了1.92万步左右(微信运动也差不多)。顺便打个咕咚跑步月卡,本月有所进步,下个月有春节,不过也希望加油。![](http://tiebapic.baidu.com/forum/w%3D580/sign=5302f93bc144ebf86d716437e9f9d736/69d194dda144ad3461e047bf96a20cf430ad859a.jpg?tbpicau=2024-07-05-05_33feecb851cd641a07d02de104a14817)
