看样子,大家对周环反应基本都是迷茫的。其实我也明白,大学里基本就不细讲周环反应,因为很少有老师能深入其髓。只是把一起解题的一些基本方法讲给学生,所以,没有理解本质的学习总让会让学生变成“丈二的学生”,摸不着头脑。所以,作为本吧的福利,我拿出时间,为大家精讲一下周环反应的比较详细的理论知识。相信会让大家受益匪浅的。但本人也知识水平有限,错误之处请一笑而之。忽喷!
First,What is the definition of Pericyclic reaction!
A pericyclic reaction, a reaction that occurs as a result of reorganizing the electrons in the reactant(s)!
Electrocyclic Reactions:An intramolecular reaction in which a new σ bond is formed between the ends of a conjugated π system。
Cycloaddition Reactions:Two different π bond-containing molecules react to form a cyclic compound。
Sigmatropic Rearrangements:A σ bond is broken in the reactant, a new σ bond is formed in the product, and the π bonds rearrange。

这些反应的本质是什么呢?其实都是通过环过渡态来发生的电子的流动,从而达到电子的重新排布,完成旧键的断裂及新键的生成。这就是周环反应,其中只有一个过滤态而没有中间体。
